Our Advertising Policy

We do not advertise these on our website:

Unoriginal / fake products.
Tobacco products, ammo, weapons, recreational drugs whether natural or chemical, products or services that provide directions for manufacturing explosives or other damaging products, products that support the use of drugs, mind-altering substances.
Academic dishonesty services like paper writing, products or services that provide instructions to hack, hacking software, products or services that help create fake documents, products or services that inflate ad or website traffic artificially.
Graphic accident or crime scene images, fleecing or blackmail, cruelty to animals, ads that have profane words, sale or trade of endangered species, products or services that promote self-harm or murder, hate group paraphernalia, racial discrimination, bullying or intimidation of a person or group.
Adult content (e.g. adult magazines, strip clubs, sex toys, erotic cinemas, models in sexualized poses, matchmaking sites, sexual enhancement products).
Content that violates copyrights of others.
Gambling-related products or services.
Unauthorized pharmacies.
Products or services with unauthorized / improper use of others’ trademarks in their submitted ads.

All ads must link to ad destinations (webpages or apps) that do not display the above-mentioned types of content or do not directly link to the types of content.

Your ad(s) must also not link to website(s)/webpage(s) or app(s) that contains malware.

You warrant that all text and images in your ad(s) that you submit to us are original and solely retained by you or you have acquired all required third-party licenses and permissions to use the content and information.

You retain all rights to your ad(s) that you submit to us to display on our website. You just allow us to display your ad(s) on our website. Your payment(s) to us for our advertising service will be indicative of you giving us the non-exclusive, non-transferable right to display your ad(s).

We reserve the right to refuse any ad that we, in our sole judgement, deem to be negative, inappropriate, unsafe or impossible/difficult-to-comply-with-laws. We also reserve the right to remove any ad that does not comply with our advertising policies above and applicable laws and regulations described below. If refusing, we will do so, of course, before payment from you (so that you don’t make the payment) and may refuse without providing any reason. If removing an ad, we will provide you with the reason(s) and let you make the required change(s) and resubmit for our review. Your ad will be displayed again on our website within one business day of you resubmitting your ad with all required changes. The decision to approve change(s) lies with US and Global News. Removal of an ad is an event that is extremely unlikely to take place because we will carefully review all ads the first time. It is more likely to happen should you make any Advertising Policy- and/or Applicable Laws and Regulations-violating change(s) to the ad destination while the ad is still displaying on our website and it comes to our notice.

Applicable Laws and Regulations

The following is not allowed:

Ads that specifically target embargoed countries or regions.
Ads by businesses that are located in embargoed countries or regions or anybody that is not located in these countries or regions but wants to advertise on our website on behalf of any business(es) in these countries or regions.

Currently, there are embargoes on Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria and Ukrainian region Crimea.
