No Tacos on Turkey Day: Taco John’s and Taco Bell Closed for Thanksgiving

Forget about your usual Taco Tuesday plans this year. Both Taco John’s and Taco Bell will be closed on Thanksgiving Day, leaving fans of Mexican-inspired fast food to seek out other dining options.

Taco John’s announced its closure on X, formerly known as Twitter, yesterday, stating, “We’re closed for Turkey Day tomorrow, get your fix today!!”

Meanwhile, Taco Bell’s website confirms that all locations will be closed on Thanksgiving. While the chain hasn’t made a formal announcement on social media, their holiday hours page clearly states, “…closed on Thanksgiving.”

For Taco Bell fans, you are not in luck on some other holidays as well. But the good news is, on most, you are! Here’s a breakdown of Taco Bell’s holiday hours:

  • Mother’s Day & Father’s Day: Open

So, while you may be craving a Crunchwrap Supreme or a Potato Ole, you’ll have to wait until Friday to satisfy your cravings.
