After completing a successful European leg in 2024, which packed some of the continent’s biggest stadiums, AC/DC are ready to bring their explosive show to North American shores. The “Power Up” album, which debuted at number one in 21 countries, secured their third #1 debut on the Billboard 200 and became one of the best-selling albums of 2020. It was also featured on Rolling Stone’s and Consequence of Sound’s “Top 50 Albums of 2020” and earned GRAMMY® Award nominations for “Best Rock Album,” “Best Rock Performance” and “Best Music Video” for “Shot In The Dark.”
AC/DC, who played their first show on December 31, 1973, at Chequers Nightclub in Sydney, Australia, continue to be one of the most influential rock bands in history, with more than 200 million albums sold the world over. Their “Back In Black” LP remains the best-selling album by any band and the third best-selling album by any artist, with global sales surpassing 50 million. Inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame® in 2003, AC/DC continues to sell out stadiums globally, selling millions of albums annually and generating billions of streams.
The band — comprised of Angus Young on lead guitar, vocalist Brian Johnson, rhythm guitarist Stevie Young, drummer Matt Laug and bass player Chris Chaney — aims to continue their reign as the world’s greatest rock and roll band, performing for their ever-growing legion of fans.
