Taylor Swift has released her third re-recorded album, “Speak Now (Taylor’s Version),” via Republic Records. The singer-songwriter plans to release three more re-recorded albums in the future, with each of the six albums serving as her counteraction to her 2019 masters dispute.

“Speak Now (Taylor’s Version)” released Friday is a re-recording of the lyricist’s third studio album, “Speak Now,” which was released in 2010. Swift’s previous two re-recorded albums, “Fearless (Taylor’s Version)” and “Red (Taylor’s Version),” were released on April 9 and November 12, 2021, respectively.

Announced on May 5 this year at the first Nashville show of Swift’s ongoing concert tour, the Eras Tour, the third re-recorded album was written by the music star herself and has 22 tracks.

Announcing the release of the re-recorded album on Twitter, Swift shared she wrote it alone and that it is “…about the whims, fantasies, heartaches, dramas and tragedies I lived out as a young woman between 18 and 20.”

The musician further shared that she had to be ruthless with her choices and that she left behind some songs. But she quickly lightens up the mood by sharing that “Speak Now (Taylor’s Version)” now released has six From the Vault songs.
